Criminal problems are solved before the crime and it is unarguable that education is a key factor. Another factor that reduces crime is jobs for people who have minimal education or live a life of abject poverty

It does not help if you are an American Black person or hispanic or poor or a combination of those factors.. Activity to occupy the minds and hands of the young ghetto youth, the child from a broken home; someone who is caught up in alcohol or drugs as an addict.

Things can change. They must change. We are wasting billions of dollars on the warehousing of inmates. We fail them and we fail ourselves by continuing the same wasteful approach year after year.
